• Market research, tracking and monitoring of sales, and customer/buyer behavior. • By providing the data in the account creation form and/or order, the buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that their personal data will be included in Rom Devices' database and unequivocally agrees that all this personal data will be stored, used, and processed for the specified purpose. • By reading this document, you acknowledge that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, including the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervention, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to seek legal remedies in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. • Based on a written request, dated and sent electronically to the email address romdevices@romdevices, you can exercise, free of charge, your right to confirm whether personal data is being processed or not, and you can exercise the right to intervene in the data. • The buyer's personal information may be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts, and other competent state authorities, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of express requests. • Additionally, Rom Devices may provide the buyer's personal data to other partner companies, but only based on a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes mentioned in point 11.1. They guarantee that this data is kept safe and that the provision of this personal information is done in accordance with applicable legislation.
